Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industry Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or Materials Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in system engineering, design, integration, or verification
- Ability to prepare and interpret technical documentation
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- At least Intermediate level of English, preferably Upper Intermediate
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Preferably familiar with tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, DOORS, etc.
- Knowledge or experience in EBOM–MBOM transformation processes
- Familiarity with PLM (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter) and ERP integration processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Master’s degree is preferred or currently in progress
About Job
Participate in system engineering activities throughout the product lifecycle, including the definition, analysis, and management of system requirements. Support subsystem integration activities and ensure technical coordination across multidisciplinary teams. Take part in design verification, testing, and validation processes.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, contribute to research and development activities for new system solutions, and support the identification and mitigation of project risks. Contribute to the improvement of design processes and system infrastructure, and take part in proposal preparation, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations.
Support the follow-up of action items related to European Union, design, and technology development projects, and ensure effective coordination among internal and external stakeholders. Manage EBOM–MBOM transformation processes between design and manufacturing units, and coordinate integration activities between PLM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter) and ERP systems. Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with applicable standards, quality requirements, and occupational health and safety regulations.
